What a great idea! How did you come up with it?

I can't take credit for the idea. I originally got it from the Born in Brooklyn website, and thought, hey, I could adapt that to Nelson. I've actually had photos and a partial website designed for a few years, but it kept getting put on the back burner.

Were you really born in Brooklyn?

Yes I was, and have a couple of Born in Brooklyn t-shirts to prove it.

Your store actually seems to link to something called Zazzle. What is that?

Zazzle is a print-on-demand business. Originally limited to printing books and other documents, the print-on-demand technology has grown to include printing on all kinds of products, from t-shirts to mousepads to coffee mugs.

But Zazzle is in the United States. Don't we have that technology here in Canada?

I have been looking for a Canadian company who could do this for me but I haven't found one yet. Zazzle has just launched a Canadian version of their site, so I'm working with them.
